There are several reasons for your vacuum cleaner to lose its suction power. Please check to see if any of the following will resolve the issue.
Check the dust container
If your vacuum cleaner’s suction force has dwindled, it’s time to empty the canister.
See if the filters are clogged

Check the hose for blockage
Your vacuum will lose suction if the hose becomes clogged. Disassemble the hose and attachments to check for foreign objects, dust, or hair balls that are obstructing air passage. A large stick or broom handle may be used to unclog the hose.
Check the hose for cracks or tears
Check the hose for any damage as air seeping through a crack or tear will cause loss of suction. If you discover a rip, call a service representative.
Check the brush or roller for clogging
Clean the brush or roller by turning it upside down. Over time, these might get clogged or stuck because of dust or hair and cause your vacuum cleaner to lose suction. Certain brushes may be disassembled for simpler cleaning. For parts that can be disassembled, consult your user manual as each model may have different instructions. Make sure all parts are attached properly
